Team
Plymouth's total commitment to the healthcare marketplace has given us a unique perspective on our clients' needs for excellence in customer service. As part of a three-prong approach, our customer service representatives are knowledgeable of our plants' production planning and are able to respond to technical questions and other client demands quickly and responsibly.
Our fully integrated computer system, on-line in "real time" with both plants, allows our customer service representatives to access production orders to determine the most recent production status while speaking with a client. It allows them to answer questions and provide needed information expeditiously, thus eliminating needless callbacks.
Our customer service representatives participate in daily production meetings with all department heads. Since all work in process is reviewed during these meetings, customer service is always up-to-date on account status. This knowledge enhances their ability to maintain on-going communication and respond to any last minute changes that may be required by the client.
